Job Summary:  

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Coordinator. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in communications, public relations, or marketing. As a crucial member of our communications team, the Entry Level Communications Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. 
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials
• Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and conducting competitive analysis
• Help maintain and update the company website with fresh content and visuals in collaboration with graphic designers
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and presentations to promote company initiatives
• Conduct research and gather information to support communication strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional activities and outreach efforts

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and communication strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
