Job Description Entry-Level Administrative Assistant Currently looking for an entry level Administrative Assistant to fill an opening with a company located in Warwick, RI. Interested candidates should be able to perform data entry, answer phones and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Responsibilities of the Entry-level Administrative Assistant

  • Administrative and clerical tasks (including filing, data entry, and answering phones)
  • Calendar maintenance (including meeting arrangements and deadlines) in Outlook
  • Direct all client and customer calls appropriately
  • Provide research for client files
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Respond to upper-management requests
Requirements of the Entry-level Administrative Assistant
  • Professional attitude and attire
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Typing no less than 45 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
