Job Title: Full Stack Engineer with Generative AI Focus (CTO Career Path)

Job Description:

As a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Generative AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage cloud infrastructure. You will work on diverse projects, from developing user-friendly front-end applications to implementing complex back-end systems and AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generative AI Development
   Design, train, and deploy Generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques.
   Implement AI-driven features into our clients’ products and services.
   Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
2. Full Stack Development
   Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
   Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications.
   Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
3. Google Cloud Integration
   Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deploying and scaling applications.
   Utilize GCP tools for machine learning, data storage, and application management.
4. Technical Leadership
   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
   Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies.
5. Innovation and Strategy
   Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Full Stack development.
   Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by identifying new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
   Assist in shaping the technological roadmap, aligning it with business goals.

Expected Experience:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Extensive experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models.
Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform and its services.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud-based storage solutions.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$100,000] to [$220,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
