This role will be responsible for creating and executing end to end email strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer engagement and further establish our brands in the marketplace for KnowFully Learning Group’s Accounting/Finance division. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands on email marketing manager with demonstrated success managing multiple brands and growing revenue. Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, CRM and HubSpot experience is a must.

The salary range for the Email Marketing Manager position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The pay will start at $72,000 annually, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. The final offer will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, education, relevant work experience, and location. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and other perks like remote work. The total compensation package will be discussed in the interview process and based on fit for the role and the organization.

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Working in collaboration with A&F Marketing Managers, develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing plans and business objectives.
  • Own the email strategy to scale and build campaigns that drive growth for the brands.
  • Create engaging, personalized and targeted email campaigns for multiple brands that integrate customer segmentation and behavior generated automation.
  • Propose and test new email tactics and strategies based on data-driven insights and observations of tactics used by other successful brands.
  • Focus on and monitor email performance including open rates, click through rates and conversion rates and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with our cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to develop email copy that is relevant and speaks to each audience.
  • Highly analytical and hands-on experience using data to measure and report on the performance of email campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrates track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker who delivers best-in-class digital customer experiences that drive business results. Highly analytical and hands-on expertise with data. Ability to analyze data and act on relevant insights.
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Expertise in writing and all forms of communication (web content, emails, presentations, etc.) for both internal and external audiences. Demonstrated ability to grow and scale messaging.
  • Ability to portray a cooperative, professional, and positive attitude towards customers, managers, and other co-workers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required. 
  • 5+ years of email marketing and remarketing experience required.
  • Experience working at a DTC eCommerce company preferred.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, SiteFinity, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GA4, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
