Job Description

Piper Maddox has been engaged by a leading business in the low-carbon fuels and clean energy space that is seeking a strong E&C Technician to help the implementation and maintenance of their systems and plant equipments.

This role is a terrific opportunity to work with an industry leading energy infrastructure company leading the charge in reducing greenhouse gas emission worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical power circuits, automation, and pneumatic systems for pipeline operations and measurement facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Lead and assist with facility grounding system evaluations and maintenance.
• Install and repair security/intrusion systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and report environmental concerns.
• Supervise third-party construction and maintenance activities.
• Complete documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of National Electric Codes and electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and may require CDL.
• Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Associate degree in a technical field. (preferred)
• Experience with process controls, gas processing, and flammable gas handling. (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be available for on-call and after-hours work, with possible travel.
• Must be willing to clear a drug screening and background check prior to employment
