Job Description: Assist hotel guests with personal services. May take messages, arrange, or give advice on transportation, business services or entertainment, or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
Responsibilities: - Transportation to and from the Rochester Airport
- Greet guests and assist with transporting luggage to and from rooms
- Tag, store, and retrieve luggage accurately and securely
- Provide directions, assist with local area information, and support guest transportation needs
- Respond to guest requests for luggage assistance, room changes, or lost items
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events to guide guests accordingly
- Deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards at all times
