Role Overview: As a Direct Sales Representative, you will drive business growth and build enduring relationships with new and existing customers. This role demands a commitment to excellence, a sharp sales acumen, and the ability to travel across the US for various launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Lead and oversee door-to-door sales operations, introducing Verizon's cutting-edge products and services to potential customers.
  • Sales Leadership: Train and mentor sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to explain the benefits of our offerings and effectively close sales.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales targets and metrics, driving your team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Customer Excellence: Foster a culture of superior customer service, addressing questions and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecom door-to-door sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for ongoing launches and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work Monday through Friday.
