We’re looking for a detail-focused Document Control professional who thrives in a data-driven environment—specifically someone with strong experience handling drawing and CAD files .
In this role, you’ll support a high-performing design support team by managing tasks such as:
🔹 Checking drawings in/out of master libraries
🔹 Performing title block swaps and creating PDFs from CAD
🔹 Extracting drawing metadata
🔹 Running scripts and tools to process drawing packages in bulk
The goal? To automate and streamline drawing metadata workflows so designers can focus on what they do best—designing.
You'll work hands-on with tools like:
✔️ Excel (strong formula-building and VBA macro skills are a must)
✔️ Aconex, SharePoint, OpenText, and DvTDM
✔️ Bulk load sheet creation for enterprise databases
Quality, consistency, and efficiency are key. High volume? Definitely. But with the right tools and mindset, you'll keep things running smoothly.
