Job Description:

We are seeking a Document Control Team Lead to oversee document workflows, ensure accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and experience in construction document management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the document control team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for document-related escalations and client interactions.
• Implement best practices to maintain high-quality document control services.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and approval processes for engineering documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication.
• Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving document control issues as they arise.
• Step in for the Document Control Manager when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control.
• Familiarity with construction document management or quality processes.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables.
• Ability to identify and route different document types efficiently.
