Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisoris responsible for assisting with managing and coordinating the activities ofthe warehouse personnel to meet shipping and production schedules as well asmaximizing the department's resources at TEK Stainless Piping Products, Inc.

• Demonstrateunderstanding of company objectives and operating standards.
• Ensurecustomer's orders are completed in an efficient manner while maintaininghigh-quality standards.
• Assistcreating work schedules and estimating employee-hour requirements forcompletion of job assignments.
• Interpretand enforce company policies as well as basic safety and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinateactivities with other departments to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Assistall operations of shipping, receiving, warehouse and transportation.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and vehicles.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Adhere to all company polices and procedures.

RequiredQualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Twoor more years of warehouse experience
• Oneor more years of supervisory experience
• Goodwritten and oral communication skills
• Good organizational, problem-solving, andtime management skills
• Abilityto measure using different tools
• Abilityto read and transfer data accurately
• Good math and computer skills
• Abilityto work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction
• Strongwork ethic; self-motivated
• Operatewith high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers,suppliers, and management
• ValidState Driver's License; safe driving record

PreferredQualifications

• Fouror more years of warehouse experience
• Twoor more years of supervisory experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Product knowledge
