Job Title: Dispatcher III Location: Spring, TX Schedule: 7 days on | 7 days off – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 regular hours / 44 overtime hours per week) Job Description: We are seeking highly organized Dispatcher III professionals to support logistics and transportation coordination for oilfield operations, based out of Spring, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing the movement of materials, production water, and service-related equipment, ensuring operations run efficiently, safely, and on schedule. As a Dispatcher III, you’ll serve as point of contact between field personnel, vendors, and internal support teams, using dispatch systems and communication tools to manage high volumes of information and job orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with rotating schedules. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch transportation and service-related activities for field operations including water hauling, material deliveries, and equipment movement. Serve as a liaison between field technicians, vendors, drivers, and operations staff to communicate schedules, job status, and changes in real time. Use software systems (Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, Excel) to input, track, and manage dispatch data. Receive and process job orders from active field personnel via phone, email, or work order platforms. Maintain a running log of all work in progress and deliver end-of-day activity reports to supervisors. Resolve service delays, route conflicts, and vendor performance issues to minimize downtime and production disruption. Review vendor expectations and service contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with operational goals. Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all dispatch planning and communication. Perform other tasks assigned to support field logistics and operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in oilfield logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination . Familiarity with transportation management and job tracking systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general digital platforms. Must be able to adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including nights after initial training. Additional Info: Initial onboarding and training will be Monday through Friday on day shift.
