Job Description

Our Client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking 2-3 Dispatchers for their Operations Department. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering a starting salary of approximately $40,000 per year, with benefits and commission opportunities. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am until finish—typically around 5:30pm to 6:00pm.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Working with existing carriers to fill their back hauls and build new routes
• Communicating effectively with carriers to coordinate logistics
• Learning dispatch operations through on-the-job training
• Supporting the team in achieving operational goals and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• No prior dispatch experience required—training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in marketing, customer service, bartending, or social media is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
