Coordinate and Communicate Vital Information
Handle Customer Orders
Service Requests
Emergency Alerts
Facilitate the deployment of trucks for delivery and pickup of goods, ambulances for medical emergencies, and police units for threats to public safety.
Question and interviews callers
Requests feedback from callers
Classify calls
Record appropriate information
Route information to appropriate dispatch console
Provide tele-communicators with sufficient information to accomplish an assignment.
3-5 Years of Experience
Must have Customer Service and Data Management
