Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components and how they work together. Ability to develop and communicate a vision for Infrastructure and Operations along with strategies to implement that vision. Regularly conducts research and evaluation of current technology trends and industry practices to inform strategy. Researches and implements best practices for infrastructure services, including proven infrastructure methodologies, service management processes, and operational support.Business-driven, people-focused, with exceptional influencing skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time-management skills; strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to transcend business and technical audiences. Customer service oriented. Ability to develop a culture of service, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment partnering with senior business leaders. Proven track record of delivering integrated solutions in complex environments with multiple delivery teams. Proven ability to lead teams, develop effective relationships, and drive change. Escalates appropriately. Staff development necessary to create a high-performing, customer-centric organization. Capable of recruiting top talent.Manages IT Infrastructure projects, plans, and budgets to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic direction and initiatives to foster a high performing work environment, and to mitigate risks.Leads IT Service Management program. Drives automation in operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability of services. Sound business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage a budget. Negotiates and manages contracts with key service providers and ensures service levels are met. Data driven in decision making and continuous improvement of services. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills in area of responsibility.Develops, implements, and monitors policies, procedures, and standards for area of responsibility. Collaborates with others to ensure policies, procedures and standards are aligned and effective across the organization. Provides leadership in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.Takes accountability for individual and group responsibilities. Work style of collaboration balanced with the need to execute and complete priority work.Oversees the cybersecurity functions ongoing implementation and maintenance of controls, policies, standards, and maturity frameworks to provide appropriate levels of risk management.
