These communities encompass more than 2200 units dedicated to providing care and lifestyle services. Position Overview We are hiring a Director of Health and Wellness at TerraBella Thornblade. RN or LPN required. The role involves leadership and management of residents' health and well-being. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to clinical care. Analyze health trends and develop improvement plans as needed. Collaborate with the Administrator and staff to maintain resident and staff safety. Partner with pharmacy consultants to optimize medication services. Provide clinical expertise to licensed nurses. Assist with educational presentations and resident assessments. Maintain and update resident service plans according to regulations. Communicate with families and responsible parties regarding health concerns. Manage clinical staff scheduling and supplies. Participate in an on-call rotation and community activities. Qualifications Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing; RN preferred. At least 1 year in a nursing leadership role; senior living experience preferred. BSL Certification. Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications. Effective communication skills, especially with seniors. Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Regularly stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
