Job Summary The Director of Dining Services oversees daily operations for a corporate dining account at AMD, serving breakfast and lunch to staff and visitors. Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and three mandatory out‑of‑state meetings. Manages a team of three hourly associates and ensures exceptional food quality and service. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and deliver top‑quality food. Oversee all financials, including P&L and budgeting for the account. Implement new culinary programs and operational initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred. 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience. Proven success in high‑volume production and catering. Experience managing budgets and financial performance. Desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization. Apply to Epicurean today!
