Direct support professional (DSP) positions work independently in people's homes and in the community - teaching life skills, participating in recreation activities, providing job coaching, supporting families, and more importantly, truly making a difference in a person's life.
Valid NYS driver's license and a reliable vehicle required for most positions.
All new hires must complete a five hour initial training online; the training rate is $16.50/hour. Once working, the rate of pay will vary based on each person's individual budget.
