Job Description

The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

• Formatting and sending of email communications through FinalSite 
• Compiling, formatting, reviewing and sending the Thursday Page all-school email
• Building event and registration pages in Final Site
• Following digital accessibility guidelines and best practices

Experience in Catholic and/or independent schools is preferred but not required. This position is a 10-month hourly position. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements/qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Marketing/Communications, English or a minimum of 2 years of marketing, communications, content strategy, or copywriting experience or related college-level coursework
• Strong written, editorial, and oral communication skills and a demonstrated track record for collaboration, organization, and efficiency
• The ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Thorough and precise work habits with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to mission-driven organizations
