Are you ready to make an impact on the digital tools that UBS clients and financial advisors use? Are you excited at the prospect of joining a fast-paced digital design team? As a Digital Copywriter, you’ll play an important role in making differentiated digital products that are used by UBS clients and branch employees. Beyond copywriting, you’re a strategic thinker with an understanding of UX/UI principles, user journeys and the wealth management industry. What you’ll do:
• Copywriting for digital products. When it comes to design, words matter. You will work with experience designers, analytics specialists and researchers to craft copy and microcopy for all digital products in Wealth Management, including:
- UBS Online Services on the web and app (client facing)
- UBS OneSource (client facing equity plan tool)
- Advisor Connected Experience (ACE), the workstation used by Financial Advisors, Team Associates and Field Leadership Teams to conduct business
- Emails and other communications associated with these platforms
- Projects range from extensive writing/re-writing to minor updates to UI copy
- Champion excellent copywriting. As a custodian of digital platforms’ tone and style, you’ll guide others on microcopy best practices
- Collaborate with the XDA team. You are part of a high-performing strategic team of creators, who work closely together to deliver strategic solutions that are informed by insights and metrics that help grow our business
- Balance engaging copy with financial services regulatory language. You balance engaging copy with the regulatory requirements of our industry
- Stay ahead of the financial services landscape. You keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and changes that help keep UBS ahead of the curve

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $100000 to $130000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
What you’ll bring:
- Digital content expertise. 3-5 years of UX/UI experience, preferably with a focus on writing and crafting microcopy.
- Editorial excellence. You notice the details others may miss and are committed to upholding brand standards in all communications
- A curious mind and an agile attitude. You thrive in a corporate yet entrepreneurial environment—multiple projects on tight deadlines don’t throw you. You hit the ground running and deliver in a timely manner. You are comfortable with ambiguity, change and emerging technology
- Financial services acumen. A grasp of financial concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly and succinctly is valued but not required
