Digital Content Manager

Our manufacturing client is seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to drive and oversee content projects across their entire lifecycle. From initial planning through to post-launch analysis, you will be instrumental in ensuring content meets high standards of quality, usability, and effectiveness. This role requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage content projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are delivered on time and within scope
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance content quality, maintainability, and user engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams including UX designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver exceptional content solutions that meet stakeholder requirements
  • Facilitate and participate in reviews of visual design, UX, and development deliverables to uphold quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to successfully execute complex projects
  • Work closely with the Senior SEO Strategist to ensure content adheres to SEO best practices and contributes to organic search success
  • Lead content reporting efforts, analyzing metrics to assess content performance and enhance overall customer experience
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work quality, organization, and commitment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Communications, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content management or related roles
  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly in content strategy and execution
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and consumer journey mapping
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
