Seeking a Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager who works with marketing teams to promote/develop a businesss products and services through social media platforms, websites and apps. Their main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Building and maintaining a brands presence across multiple social media channels
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  • Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
  • Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
  • Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and tools, adapting strategies accordingly.
Job requirements:
  • Hybrid work In office 4 days a week
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field from an accredited university required
  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience required
  • Experience managing and developing content for social media
  • Experience with digital Ad buys
  • Brand development experience
  • Strategic Thinker
Required/preferred experience and education:
  • Car Wash Industry Experience
  • Marketing Agency Experience
  • Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
