About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy COO to join their team. The Deputy COO will be expected to have a minimum of ten years' of proven experience in a similar senior executive role, with significant experience in luxury residential property and facilities management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in all aspects of luxury residential development, design, and construction project management. The ideal candidate will be adept in personal service, residential property and home management, and have a familiarity with equine and ranch operations. They must be tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of both Google and Apple products, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The Deputy COO will be expected to be a discreet, self-starting individual with a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work closely with the family to promote a productive and congenial environment.
