Dental Receptionist Location Needham, MA :

Fanikos Salib Dental Care is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and excels in customer service. This position is 3 days a week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:15-5:15pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

2. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

3. Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments as necessary.

4. Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.

5. Collect patient information and update records as needed.

6. Handle patient billing and payment processing.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

8. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer skills, BONUS if you have used Eaglesoft and Dental Intel.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Friendly and professional demeanor.
