Gooch Family Dental is a family owned dental practice that has been serving our community with a “different kind of dentistry” since 2007. Through an intentional and unmatched patient experience, our 5 doctors provide a full spectrum of services including implants, clear aligners, cosmetic work and oral conscious sedation. Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for dental procedures
• Review and interpret insurance contracts and policies
• Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage
• Update patient records with accurate insurance information
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure proper billing and claims processing

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Four 10 hour shifts with one off day after training period is complete
• No Weekends

Experience Requirements:

- Previous experience in insurance verification, preferably in a dental office setting
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, terminology, and coding systems (CPT, ICD-10)
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Google Suite
