Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls and emails, providing end user support on software, hardware, and network related platforms.
  
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and diagnosing PCs, servers, network hardware, network software, and other peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshooting network cabling and other hardware.
• Responding efficiently with solutions to malfunctions, while maintaining business continuity.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Create, maintain, and constantly look for solutions to improve the user experience.

· Collaboration with department managers to improve business processes.

Technologies you will be working with-

SQL Database, Hosted applications, O365, Azure, Multi-Factor Authentication, Security Management Systems, Mobile apps, Cisco wireless LAN’s, eHealth Record, VoIP, VMWare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field; will consider Associate’s Degree in technology related field plus Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other networking certification.
• Minimum one (1) year IT experience in computer systems or support.
• Knowledge of CISCO, Microsoft Operating Systems and configuration, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
• Knowledge of VM Ware environment and configuration.
• Clean, valid NYS driver’s license.
