Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a highly motivated Data Migration Specialist with strong work behaviors and extensive experience as a Data Migration Specialist to join our extraordinary team at Capgemini. As a Data Migration Specialist, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the detailed transfer of data to our clients' systems. As a Data Migration Specialist, you will:

• Technical experience regarding data models (logical and physical) database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
• Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools
• Apply strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute substantial amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ETL development tools and data warehouse architecture techniques
• Utilize analytical reporting tools
• Familiar with effective approaches and practical experience in data migration, data quality, master data management, and data security, including the use of relevant tools

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
• 3+ years of experience in data migration or related roles.

• Data Migration experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce platform 

• Experience with SQL programming with the relational database (Microsoft SQL, Server T-SQL and/or Oracle SQL) is required

• Programming experience with XML, Jason, Java, JavaScript

• Proven track record of successfully implementing data migration projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least one full cycle of data migration experience is desired

• Salesforce and/or ServiceNow certification is desired

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $85K -$120K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
