We are looking for a candidate to join our Accounts Payable (or Costing) Department at our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office.

Data Entry/Accounts Payable Clerk Primary responsibilities:

• Data entry of invoices, costs and related documents
• Sorting, logging, photocopying and filing invoices
• Executing daily processes and controls accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Invoice coding and processing to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload

Compensation and schedule:

• Full?time position starting at $13.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday?Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends as required
