Job Description

Position: Data Entry Specialist (3rd Shift)
Assignment: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) - 12/3/2026
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM 
Pay: $19.80/HR, paid weekly. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Key Requirements:

• Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM (score must be listed on resume to be considered).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, interpret, and speak English fluently.
• Attendance: Excellent attendance and reliability.
  

Top 3 Core Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Effective time management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of data entry experience.
• Typing speed between 40–50 WPM.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
• Self-directed learning based on client instructions.
• General knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding and modifier usage.
• Understanding of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in complex data entry and independent decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Skype for Business.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
