Job Description

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top technology organization that has an opening for a remote Data Analyst .

Location: Remote (must be working EST hours)
Pay Range: $30/hr-$40/hr W2 DOE
Duration: 3 months contract on W2 (Possible extension)

• Collecting and cleaning data from multiple data sources.
• Maintaining database to ensure data quality.
• Creating visualizations for reporting and maintaining dashboards.
• Distributing reporting on a weekly basis.

Qualification

We are looking for individuals with

• At least one year of work experience in data coordination or data handling.
• Ability to work on large, constantly changing datasets and clean data from multiple data sources.
• Experience working with visualization and dashboarding such as Tableau.
• Experience with SQL and with programming languages such as Python a plus.
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Hard skills:

1. Tableau (Dashboard)

4. Visualization Experience

Soft skills:

1. Attention to Detail
2. Organization
3. Self-starter (asking great questions)
4. Great written and verbal communication

Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience

Performance indictors: meeting the deliverables, quality of work, taking notes, asking great questions, meeting deadlines.

Skills: MacOS & iOS

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
