Job Description: Are you a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our valued customers. Whether it's answering inquiries, resolving issues, or providing support through phone, email, or chat, you'll be the go-to person who ensures our customers are delighted with their experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, going above and beyond to provide accurate information and assistance
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs
• Process policy changes, added lines of business, underwriting memos, ect.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and company news to better serve our customers
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior State Farm experience is a must.
• Dedicated to customer service
• Current Property and Casualty License
• Life/Health License a plus
• Problem Solver, independent thinker
• Interested in pivoting to market products and services based on customer needs
