We are a company located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado with clients around the United States, and we are currently looking to fill Full-Time , openings for at home Customer Service Reps/Patient Account Reps for our client located at Bitterroot Health-Daly Memorial hospital, in Hamilton Montana. Patient Account Representatives essential duties will be to take/make calls to customers in order to negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding balances due on accounts. We are looking for representatives who enjoy working from home, with the possiblility of hybrid in office time, here and there.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

* Possess excellent phone and customer service skills and abilities

* Able to communicate effectively

* Organized

* Dependable

* Have high speed Internet in home

* Have a quiet work space with no distractions or noises in the background

* Accurate and thorough in performing work assignments

* Able to identify, analyze and solve problems

* Work well independently as well as with a team

* Meet the established goals for contacts and collections

*Other duties as assigned to assist employer and client

* Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

* Set payment arrangements

* Process credit card payments, check payments, mail receipts to patients

* Mail itemized statements to patients

* Mail financial assistance applications to patients

* Assist with processing refunds

* Process transfer of files to client weekly

* Work return mail and update addresses in systems

* Scan documents

* Assist with inbound and outbound customer service calls

* Other duties as assigned to assist employer and client

* Critical Thinking skills

* Ability to de-escalate

* Attention to detail

* Manage workload

* Knowledge of client systems, processes & procedures

* Knowledge of HON systems & processes

* Time management

* Represent company and client in a professional manner

* Ability to multi-task in multiple systems
