Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client questions and requests through Zoom, phone, and email, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
Provide information on services and resources available to help clients make informed decisions about their financial plans.
Develop a thorough understanding of our services to share accurate and relevant details with clients.
Record client interactions and updates to maintain accurate records and support team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and assist clients efficiently.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A genuine interest in helping clients feel informed and supported.
