Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for Customer Service Representatives local to Renton, WA to support their patient scheduling department. This is a 5-month temporary position, but could extend.

 

Details:

• 5-month contract, potential to extend
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
• Fully remote - candidates must live within 1 hour of Renton, WA
• Equipment provided (pickup in Renton, WA)
• Pay Rate: $21/hr paid weekly

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from patients, scheduling medical appointments, and coordinating services line to ensure seamless patient care.
• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients and providers with accurate, consistent, timely and meaningful information.
• They will provide support to member inquiries and issues as they utilize the healthcare plan and provider services, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.
• 1+ years of high volume call center experience required
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required
• Drug Screening (excludes THC), and Criminal Background Check required
• Candidates must work from home. The employer does not allow employees to work remotely outside of their home office.
