Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. You will be the primary liaison between the customer and the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and concerns.
- Follow up with customers via calls and emails to confirm customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information into the database
- Accurately load inbound repair unit information into the database on a daily basis
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal co-workers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- File paperwork, send video links to customers and perform other duties as assigned
- Starting pay is $17/hour but will move to salary after completing a 90 day probational period
Skills:
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in outbound calling is an advantage
