Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Creative Resource Manager to enhance our hiring, onboarding, and talent relationship management processes. In this full-time role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for both HQ employees and contractors from the recruitment phase through ongoing engagement. You will collaborate closely with project managers and design directors to align talent with project needs while maintaining a strong contractor community. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with a solid understanding of the creative industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates for candidates.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires, facilitating smooth transitions and integration into the company culture.
• Build strong relationships with contractors to keep them engaged and informed about project opportunities.
• Continuously gather feedback to improve hiring and onboarding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Execute offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for departing employees.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in the creative industry, particularly within agency settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
