Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to inform creative decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices. Knowledge of project management tools and design software.
