Amentum is seeking highly motivated, self-starting Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to maintain a Top Secret-SCI clearance. Responsibilities include providing mid-level analytic expertise to the DCSA CI Analysis Division to identify, assess, and disrupt threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA. Facilitate USG responses to adversary action by sharing threat indicators and enabling responsive measures from other agencies and services and enable the development and operationalization of enterprise security risk management methodology across Government and industry stakeholders. Produce IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide. Analysis includes regional and functional CI topics, foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD. Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities. Conduct analytical research that establishes/refutes Foreign Intelligence Entities threat to U.S. technologies, information, and supply chains impacting cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA. Responsible for processing, updating, and tracking cases, actions, products, and reviews in the identified system of record and other databases. Conduct CI analysis to identify and assess FIE threats. Research, synthesize, exploit, evaluate, and analyze all-source reporting on FIE targeting USG critical technologies, programs, information, and supply chains. Conduct all-source, business, security, and intelligence-related research and analysis including commercial subscription tools, open-source research, Government databases, and intelligence reporting aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties while producing Threat Information Reports. Develop analytical products that effectively articulate FIE threat. Demonstrate analytic integrity, rigor, and tradecraft standards by adhering to applicable IC Directives and DoD Instructions. Produce analytic products within established time. Disseminate intelligence information to customers and stakeholders. Some locations may require local travel within the U.S. Work with teams and independently. Requirements include active TS-SCI Clearance, at least 8 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category, skills in data analysis, trend analysis, communication, data systems, strategic communications, research, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Expected in-office work five days a week with occasional telework dependent on government needs. U.S. driver’s license and capability to operate government vehicles required. Work environment involves in-office position with occasional lifting, constant sitting, use of sight, speech/hearing abilities, mental alertness, planning/organizing skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
