Overview Assembly Global is seeking a versatile Senior Copywriter to join our Brand Experience Team, responsible for conceptualizing and crafting impactful, results-oriented copy for diverse clients. In a crowded market, maintaining Brand Relevancy is critical for growth. Brands must create emotional connections with their audience through meaningful storytelling across multiple touchpoints. As a Copywriter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring brand experiences are compelling, cohesive, and resonate deeply with consumers, driving both relevance and results for our clients.Our team crafts big ideas grounded in data, trends, and cultural insights to deliver integrated experiences that engage audiences across digital and physical spaces. Within the team, the Experience Design group (where you will work) partners closely with the Social, Creator, and Integrated Experience Activation teams. Responsibilities As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll create and execute the voice of marketing campaigns for clients across sectors, from luxury and retail to nonprofit. You’ll ensure all copy aligns with client goals, maintains brand consistency, and meets high creative standards. You’re a strategic thinker, a versatile writer, and a collaborative partner who can blend creativity with practical execution. Conceptualize & Develop Creative Copy: Transform creative strategy into compelling copy across various channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), digital advertising, email marketing, and video. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with art directors, designers, media teams, and strategists to ensure consistency between visual and written content, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. Client Interaction & Feedback: Participate actively in client meetings, presenting your work clearly and persuasively. Integrate client feedback into copy refinements to deliver polished final outputs. Support Business Development : Contribute creative concepts and copywriting expertise to business development pitches and RFPs, ensuring ideas presented are strategic and compelling. Monitor & Refine Copy Performance: Collaborate with analytics and media teams to assess performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and apply insights to continuously improve copy effectiveness. Maintain Industry Awareness : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural shifts to keep creative copy fresh, relevant, and impactful. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency setting (experience with nonprofit and luxury sectors a plus). Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing styles and successful campaigns across digital, social, email, and video platforms. Proficiency in crafting strategic narratives and distilling complex information into clear, engaging copy. Excellent communication skills for client presentations, team collaboration, and feedback integration. Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and feedback loops. Experience collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and strategists. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing workflows Ability to understand and leverage performance metrics and A/B testing insights to inform copy decisions.
