Job Description
CTP is looking for a copywriter.
Someone who knows how to take a brief, find the right angle, and write the hell out of it. Someone who can deliver smart, clear, engaging copy that makes people feel something, click something, buy something, or just think differently.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Art Director and the rest of our small-but-mighty creative team to build out campaign elements, sharpen messaging, and make good ideas even better. You’ll collaborate with folks across departments (and clients on occasion) to bring the work to life. And when the moment calls for it, you’re comfortable speaking up and getting others excited about the direction you’re headed.
If that sounds like your kind of job, come write with us. At a place where you’ll like the people just as much as the work.
What We Offer
CTP is a creative communications agency based in Boston’s North End. We bring together a talented, passionate team of 45 creative, media and communications professionals with wide-ranging experience.
We love working with talented people and continually look for compassionate co-workers with a collaborative spirit to add to our community. Our work moves quickly, and we’re always ready to put our heads together to find creative solutions for our clients’ most interesting problems. CTP’s vast array of work can be seen here.
We do our best work when we’re as informed about our clients' business as they are. That’s where you come in.
What You Offer
We’re looking for a copywriter who can contribute right away, is eager to grow, and knows how to write in a way that connects. You’re a strong mid-level writer with experience across mediums, a team-first mindset, and the confidence to contribute without needing a lot of oversight. To do this, you bring:
The role includes a base salary in the range of $65,000 to $90,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and ability to contribute independently at a mid-to-senior level.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process or in your work once hired, please contact our Human Resources Department.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
