Job Description

Position Title: Contract Recruiter
Located in Columbus, OH
Onsite
Pay $25-30/hr 
Contract for 3-4 months 

 

• Source and screen candidates for cabin crew positions

• Develop a deep understanding of the ideal candidate profile

• Collaborate with hiring teams to define and align on recruitment needs

• Support the coordination and execution of in-person hiring events

Top 3 Must-Have Skills (in order of importance):

1. High-volume recruiting experience

2. Agility in learning and adapting to fast-changing environments

3. Strong professionalism and customer service orientation, with excellent verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in recruiting roles, especially in high-paced, high-visibility environments

• Experience using applicant tracking systems

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
