Contract Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Peachtree BioResearch Solutions, a Julius Clinical Company, is a global specialized full-service CRO that delivers highly specialized study operations teams for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. We are looking for a Contract Clinical Research Associate who is open to a partial FTE arrangement. The selected CRA will build relationships, drive project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Work closely with the Site Management team and sponsor stakeholders to plan and manage work efficiently. Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, and maintain the required documentation. Act as the primary contact, establishing relationships with sites and administering protocol and study training. Collaborate with the Data Management team and sites to resolve all queries. Prepare and submit all reports and follow up in a timely manner. Track submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution to manage project progress. Contribute to process efficiencies and provide input when gaps are identified. Qualifications Experience in monitoring within a CRO environment. Track record of consulting and consulting mindset. Resourceful and curious, always looking to learn and improve. Team player who elevates others. High sense of urgency and extremely positive attitude. Technically savvy and comfortable using technology for efficiency. Experience in CNS, rare disease, or oncology studies is ideal but not required. Preferred experience with EMR and critical care.
