Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Manage information technology including project including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of information technology projects including investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage information technology project including the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the manage information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage information technology and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
•50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Performing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S4HANA;
•Working across phases of the agile or waterfall methodology including plan, design, build, test, deploy and support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Solution manager;
•Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP with all boundary applications in the client's landscape;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Google drawings, MS Visio diagram and Lucid Charts;
•Taking part in project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing RAID Logs, MS Project;
•Utilizing SAP Solution Manager or HPQC to support and perform unit testing, functional unit testing, System integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and performance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
•Performing SAP Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing JIRA or SAP Solution Manager or HPQC.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
