Job Description

We are seeking motivated and hardworking **Hardscape Crew Members

**to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement to a Level 1 Foreman within the first year, based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction of hardscape projects, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
• Operate construction equipment such as bobcats, front-end loaders, and similar machinery
• Perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and site preparation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Work with team members to meet project timelines and client expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a construction-related industry (e.g., concrete, carpentry, residential remodeling/construction)

• Willingness to submit to drug and background screening

• Proficient in operating bobcats, front-end loaders, and other construction equipment

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordpreferred
