The responsibilities for the job are the following,
- demolition
- rough framing
- digging
- tree / bush removal and planting
- painting / staining
- site / project clean-up
- drywall hanging and finishing
- insulation
- floor installation
- finish carpentry
- light masonry
- use power and hand tools
- other misc. light construction activities

Minimum applicant requirements
- knowledge and application of safe construction techniques and labor work
- must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- comfortable w/ heights on roofs up to 4 floors
- be able to lift 100lbs with over head lifting as well
- work outside in environment and all weather conditions
- general aptitude in construction and labor
- follow directions without supervision
- communicate with boss and others politely, clearly & promptly
- pass pre-employment drug test
- wear appropriate and presentable clothing to work
- work well with other workers and professional trades
- be on-time every day
- work 8 to 10hrs / day 5 to 7 days per week as needed

Preferred applicant requirements
- experience with general labor work
- experience with framing
- experience with construction work
- experience with construction power & hand tools

Compensation is based on level of experience in meeting job requirements. Pay is bi-weekly, by check only.

IDR commits itself to safety, honesty, professionalism and quality. A successful worker will embody these qualities and perform all the job duties with this attitude in-mind. No tolerance will be given to any worker who perform less. Monday thru Friday schedule with Saturdays and Sundays as needed. Work starts at 7:00am and ends at 3:30pm with 1/2hr lunch and two 15 min breaks per day with additional hours as needed.

Probationary period of 2 weeks at the beginning of employment based on the candidates abilities to complete the job as required. If the candidate passes the probationary period, he/she will be offered full-time employment.

IDR offers full time employees min. 40hrs / week, 1 week paid vacation with 3 paid holidays, opportunities for overtime and benefits. Company Description
