Position Overview

This added team member will assess and successfully pursue clientele nationally in the arena of Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality, multi-family restoration, rehabilitation, and transformation.

The successful candidate is a motivated high-level, high-output contributor, with exceptional professional and personal standards; outstanding interpersonal skills; ability and desire to work as part of a team as well as independently; integrity in personal and professional goals and standards; self motivated and ready to hit the ground running; enjoys serving others.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Successful history in building construction, repairs, CAPEX, building transformations in environments such as office & business structures, multi-family, hospitals, schools, hotels, including commercial roofing and envelope repairs. (Will consider relevant experience in business development and marketing). We take serious consideration of all construction projects that make financial sense and are rewarding to both you and the team.

* Responsible for contribution to annual revenue by meeting or exceeding annual targets.

* Possesses the ability to create and maintain, long-term client base.

* Assists in maintaining and cultivating existing corporate clients.

* Cultivates loyalty and integrity

* Enjoys the pursuit of large, satisfying opportunities and bringing those opportunities to achievement.
* Actively engaged team member who works to establish and maintain relationships, creating a partnership with clients by building loyalty through proactive communication and delivering project results.
* Assessment and pursuit of clientele in the arena of commercial, multi-family, institutional, hospitality and industrial property construction, restoration, rehabilitation, stabilization, maintenance and transformation.
* Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, developments, standards and opportunities for growth.
* Develop and implement measurable short-term and long-term strategic plans for the company to ensure continuous revenue growth and profitability, by tapping into and penetrating niche markets.

* Provide reporting and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Regular interaction with current and potential clients that develop into long term clientele by (most importantly) providing excellent customer service.
* Drive long term company success through best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Lead according to company policies, vision, values, and culture.
* Willing to travel to meet the needs of clients and prospective clients, and attend project meetings throughout the United States.
* Highly adaptive behavior and cognition as it relates to the client’s brand, client’s customers, owner’s requirements, and project goals.
* Develop, collaborate, and coordinate strategies with other team members.

Candidate will meet with the team once every two weeks at our corporate office - More often at restaurants and jobsites. We find your time is better served in the field meeting with clients/customers and team members. Otherwise, we prefer you save the commuting time and spend that valuable resource meeting goals and driving good revenue. O

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year (negotiable) + Bonus (If meeting sales goals, sales bonus should be 2x - 3x base pay).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday and whenever the client needs service.
