Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Developer for a Brentwood, TN construction company. This person must come from a hands-on construction or general contracting background and has a passion for bringing in new projects and business from the Nashville area. Other Responsibilities Include: o Directly responsible for the strategy, pursuit and closing of business which drives the success of the Falkbuilt Branch. o Orchestrate all aspects of the Branch to deliver superior project execution; from sales through estimation, design, delivery, and customer service. o Select, prioritize, develop and maintain positive relationships with local GC, A&D, and Real Estate broker partners. o Develop forecasts and business plans to meet goals and metrics.
