We are Actively Interviewing to fill the position of Complex Executive Sous Chef .

To be effective in the Complex Executive Sous Chef position, you will need to have experience and scope of work to include:

• Big Box Hotel Experience (1000+ rooms) and Multi-unit experience
• 12+ years of progressive Culinary leadership experience
• Oversight of 13 outlets (includes cafeterias and stewarding)
• Leads 30 leaders, including Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Supervisors
• 260K sq. feet of Banquet Space and 60 million in annual revenue
