We’re seeking a Commercial Project Estimator / Roofing Estimator to join our estimating department, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with the latest building codes and specifications.

Your Role:
As a commercial roofing estimator, your expertise in various roofing systems, building codes, and specifications will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project estimates using various estimating software programs, ensuring they are accurate and in compliance with specifications..
• Develop and implement processes and technologies to improve estimating efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and roofing systems to maintain competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing estimation and a thorough understanding of roofing systems.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, specifications, and industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational and process-oriented skills.
• Leadership ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.
• Familiarity with advanced estimating software and technology tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
• Must be available to commute to Hampton, VA or willing to relocate. This position will start in-office with potential to go remote after 90 days.
