Commercial Painting Estimator / Project Manager Souderton, PA Salary: $100,000 plus Monthly Commission and Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Complete estimates in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all grammar, spelling and line item descriptions when submitting
  • estimates, invoices and emails.
  • Demonstrate time management with multiple projects and estimates at any given time.
  • Ordering materials for the job, including the scheduled delivery and confirmation with driver and
  • site foreman.
  • Ordering of high reach equipment, including the scheduled delivery and pickup details with the
  • contact/driver.
  • Ensure all contracted jobs begin with an executed contract and apply all associated costs.
  • job-related issues are communicated to the foreman and provide examples of problem
  • resolution tactics utilized with submission of monthly reports.
  • Assist with management of all employees & subcontractors, with special attention on
  • accountability of job progress and inventory management.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met and project information is effectively communicated to all
  • concerned parties.
  • Closely monitor all subcontractor performance in order to access overall performance; and
  • ensuring that each employee/subcontractor meets compliance standards with all provisions and
  • requirements of their company assigned position or language of contract.
  • Set up debriefing & training meetings with employees/subcontractors as needed.
  • Submit job tracking data for P&L.
  • Manage a job portfolio tracker for all pending, awarded and non awarded jobs
  • Source additional talent
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must have 5+ years experience as a painting estimator
  • Must have experience working with residential, commercial, and industrial clients
  • Must have 5+ years of project management
  • Must have solid computer skills
  • Possess excellent communication as well as writing skills
  • Must have valid driver's license
