QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years Marketingor Underwriting experience with a property and casualty company You will possess apositive, professional, cooperative, and quality-conscious service attitudethat upholds Central's core values of integrity, relationships, and excellence You will be able to ratepersonal and commercial lines Ability tocomplete required training programs You will have demonstrated strongcommunication, presentation, and negotiations skills Ability to make a favorable impression in alldealings with agents You will be available forextensive travel including overnight travel You will have the ability toorganize and control work schedule You Must be aself-starter Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to thenortheast Illinois area Knowledge of Illinois territory is required. College degreeis preferred Responsibilities:

1. Develop andmaintain a territory that will produce the budgeted volume and policy count ofprofitable lines of business
2. Use pricing andbinding authority to produce increasing premium volume and policy count ofprofitable lines of business
3. Act as liaisonbetween agencies and the Client Company.
4. Prospect for and make new appointments based on Client Company prototyperequirements
